The assembly process will begin after preparing the component parts. The assembly parts are including engine, tyres, lights, handlebar,electric cable , electrical, speedometer, etc.

After the assembly process is completed, every motorcycle will undergo the testing. Starting the motorcycle engine to test the performance. Turning on the lights to check the electric circuit. Checking the bolts and fastening it. 

Since Semi Knocked Down package have strict requests in assembly skills and packing equipment, it costs more time than do the Completely Knocked Down package. However,it helps to save our client’s time, because they don’t have to assemble the whole motorcycle by themself.
