It is necessary to clean the important parts of the engine before assembling to make sure the quality and cleaning of the engine. Some parts will be cleaned by Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine , including cylinder,cylinder head,crankcase , etc.

Before assembling the engine, the component parts must be assembled first. Every step and every part will have to use the particular equipment to assemble. 

After preparing all the material then the key process of production will be started. 
Our skillful workers will assemble the parts efficiently. After the assembly process is completed, the engine will be tested by the pressure test instrument, in order to guarantee the performance of the engine.

After that, the engine must be testing before packaging. Breaking in the new engine is one of the important processes. Replacing the old machine oil and putting new one inside. 
Using the electronic testing machine to test the electric of the motor, the charging current of the magneto, the lighting voltage of the magneto , gear display, igniter conversion and the revolutions of the engine crankshaft. The whole testing procedure will be undergo while following the strict instructions.

After assembling and testing, the engine will be packed by our workers first. The carburetor, stater lever, shift lever and electrical will be packed with the engine.

The automatic packing machine will pack the engine again. Adding some fastening ropes around the carton and moving it to the designated place.
