Every parts will be inspected before assembling. We will use Salt Spray Corrosion Test Chamber to test the chromium parts to make sure all the chromium parts can stand the wet and salty environment,especially for those places where near the sea. 

We assemble the parts to help our customer to reduce their time spending on assemble the motorcycle. Decreasing our customers’cost, since they don’t have to buy all the equipment and tools using on assemble the parts.

Collecting all the parts for packaging.Our workers will put the parts in the automatic rotation collecting line. 

One sample will be assembled first before packaging. To check if all the parts are in accordance with our customer’s requests . The sample will undergo a test ride to check the performance, including the engine,the muffler,the lights,the remote control, the speedometer and the rest of the parts.

Then the parts will be put into the carton one by one in order.

The automatic packing machine will pack the carton again. Adding some fastening ropes around the carton and moving it to the designated place.
